We built this for women who have spent years and hundreds of dollars on things that didn't work. Making it hard to get your money back is the last thing we would do.
How To Request A Refund
Email hello@innerbloomkit.com with your order number and the subject line Refund Request. We will process your refund within 2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly supplement subscription at any time from your InnerBloom account - one click, no phone call, no form, no retention script. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Any order already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@innerbloomkit.com and we will send a replacement at no charge.
