Log your result by photographing the strip. The app reads the line and explains what it means in plain English. Not a number without context - a clear statement about what your hormone is showing on this day of your cycle.

After each test, the app adds your result to your hormone pattern. After two cycles, it has enough data to identify your primary hormonal patterns - the specific combination of FSH, LH, and PdG findings that define your perimenopause picture.
