The InnerBloom Protocol
Your Supplements Are Earned. Not Guessed.
Most supplements are chosen before anyone knows what your hormones are doing. InnerBloom does the opposite - it generates your protocol after two cycles of testing, using your actual data.
Months 1-2
You Test
14 strips across two cycles. FSH, LH, and PdG tracked at their specific cycle-day windows. The app logs every result and begins pattern analysis from test 1.
End of Month 2
The App Analyses Your Pattern
Your results across both cycles are processed. The algorithm identifies your primary and secondary hormonal patterns - for example, low luteal PdG with normal FSH, or elevated FSH with absent LH surge.
Month 3
Your Protocol Is Generated
Based on your pattern, 2 to 3 of InnerBloom's five supplement formulations are assigned to your protocol. Your Protocol Card is updated in the app and delivered physically with your first supplement shipment.
Months 3-5
Protocol Active
Your supplements arrive monthly. Reduced maintenance testing tracks whether your hormone pattern is responding. The app monitors and flags any changes.
Month 6
Progress Retest
A full retest mirrors your Month 1-2 testing. Your Month 6 pattern is compared directly against your baseline. Changes are shown side by side. Your protocol is adjusted if needed.
The Five Formulations
-
Daily - The Foundation
Assigned to all protocols as the base layer. Core daily hormonal support for women in perimenopause transition, regardless of specific pattern type.
-
Restore - Cycle Balance
Target pattern: Irregular cycle length, mid-cycle spotting, variable LH surge timing. Supports cycle regularity and reduces symptoms associated with fluctuating estrogen.
-
Steady - Hormone Flow
Target pattern: Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings correlated with estrogen fluctuation. Supports estrogen metabolism and reduces symptoms associated with fluctuating levels.
-
Ground - Stress Reset
Target pattern: Elevated anxiety, poor sleep onset, stress reactivity. Supports cortisol regulation and HPA axis function. Distinct from 3am waking which is a PdG pattern.
-
Sustain - Cellular Support
Target pattern: Persistent fatigue, cognitive symptoms, long-duration perimenopause. Long-term cellular and mitochondrial support for sustained hormonal transition.
